AI video generator Black Friday 2026

Every year the same scene repeats: a yearly subscription to an AI video generator costs more than what you will really do with it over twelve months, and the temptation to "take advantage of Black Friday" pushes you to pay for a tool you could have tried for free. This page does the opposite. It lists what is actually announced, tool by tool, with its date of record, and it says plainly when there is nothing yet.

The sector moves fast, and the prices of video generators change from one quarter to the next. A 2025 promotion therefore says nothing about what 2026 will bring: it only gives an order of magnitude and a likely period. We label it as such, never as a promise. The Black Friday 2026 calendar in three phases

Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27 and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. Around those two dates, the calendar actually confirmed today is NordVPN's, split into three phases. We use it as the common thread of this whole page, because it is the only complete official calendar published so far, and because video generator vendors usually open their offers between mid-November and Black Friday.

Phase 1, Black Friday: now until November 23

This is the current phase. Two offers are really open: CapCut's sale until October 30, detailed below, and the NordVPN campaign. For video generators it is an observation phase: no vendor in our selection has published a 2026 discount yet, and there is no point paying full price in October in the hope of a promotion that is not guaranteed.

Phase 2, Black Friday week: November 24 to December 1

This is the most likely window for vendor offers, since Black Friday and Cyber Monday both fall in it. The references we noted point that way: Filmora opened its promotion on November 14 in 2025 and Kling on November 15 in 2024, that is even before Black Friday week. We will re-read every page around November 18, then on November 24, to replace the references with the real 2026 offers.

Phase 3, NordVPN Cyber Monday: December 2 to 9

The real Cyber Monday is November 30, but NordVPN extended its offer into a phase called Cyber Monday from December 2 to 9. For video generators, this last phase is the one of promotion endings: in 2025 the Filmora promotion ended on December 8, and Kling's in 2024 on December 3. If you are still hesitating, it is the last chance before prices go back to normal.

What is announced, what is not, tool by tool

The table below summarises the exact state of our notes on October 22, 2026. A "not announced" cell means we found no 2026 offer on the vendor's official page; it does not mean there will be none.

For Runway, Pika, PixVerse, Seedance, Veo and the other generators in our selection, we have no dated note for October 22, 2026. Rather than invent an order of magnitude, we prefer to write nothing and come back with the official figures as soon as they exist. Their full pages remain available in our list of tools.

CapCut: the only official sale running, until October 30

CapCut is a video editor with AI generation and enhancement features, not a pure generator like Kling or Veo. But it is today the only tool in our selection to have published a real official Black Friday sale, and it ends on October 30.

What the official page says exactly

• Dates: an 11-day sale, from October 20 to 30, 2026.
• Discounts: up to 60% off CapCut Pro, for the first year on a yearly subscription, and 40% off CapCut Ultra.
• Platform: the offer covers CapCut on PC only. If you edit on mobile, it does not apply to you.
• Reference list price: Pro at €199.99 a year or €23.99 a month, read on October 22, 2026. We did not note a final discounted price, because it appears at checkout: check it before you confirm. The figures come from the French page; the offer and the prices can differ by country.

What the discount does not tell you

The words "up to" matter. The 60% off is a ceiling, not a guaranteed price for everyone, and it applies to the first year only. At renewal the subscription goes back to the current rate. What happens after October 30?

After October 30, prices go back to the catalogue. CapCut has announced nothing for November so far: we do not know whether there will be a second offer, or how big. We will flag it here as soon as it is published on its official page.

Deevid AI: a banner ready, but no offer

Deevid has published no Black Friday 2026 offer. However, the pricing page already contains, in its translation code, the string "BLACK FRIDAY: UP TO {0}% OFF!". The percentage is an empty variable: the banner is prepared but not switched on. It is a hint, not an announcement, and we treat it as such.

The permanent discount is already there

The useful point to remember is that Deevid permanently applies 29% off on yearly billing. A Black Friday promotion is therefore only worth it if it beats that 29%. Kling AI and Filmora: what the vendors did in previous years

Kling and Filmora have announced nothing for 2026 so far. Here is what we know of their latest known official promotions, with the caveat that this is the past and not a guarantee.

Kling AI: 50% off the first year in 2024

In 2024, Kling offered 50% off the first year of subscription and 50% bonus credits, from November 15 to December 3. We have no official reference for 2025. Filmora: up to 50% off in November 2025

In 2025, Filmora showed up to 50% off, with the yearly Premium plan at €79.99 instead of €159.99, from November 14 to December 8. It is the most precise reference on this page, and it suggests a mid-November opening. The other tools in our selection

For the generators and neighbouring tools we follow, the finding is the same: no 2026 offer published as of October 22. Three practical remarks by type of tool.

Voice and dubbing: ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript

According to the press (Beebom), ElevenLabs offered the Starter plan at $1 for the first month and Creator at $11 for the first month in 2025, until December 1; the vendor did not confirm it on its official page, so we quote it with reservation. For Descript, a comparison site mentions 35% off the yearly Creator plan in 2025, with the same reservation. Murf already shows 33% off permanently on yearly billing.

All-in-one creation and avatars: InVideo AI, Synthesia, Fliki, Submagic

No 2026 offer and no reliable 2025 reference for InVideo AI, Synthesia and Submagic. Fliki already applies 25% off permanently on yearly billing. On these tools, the right reflex is to look at the current grid in the InVideo AI page or in our review of Fliki and to compare it with the permanent yearly discount before reacting to a promotion.

Which AI video generator to buy on Black Friday: our order of priority

The right question is not "which tool is cheapest this month" but "which tool will I use every month, and at what yearly price". Here is how we reason, depending on the situation.

Three questions to ask yourself before paying

• Have you already used it for free? No discount makes up for a tool you do not use. Start with the free tier, described in our [list of tools](/en/tools).
• How much does renewal cost? First-year discounts (like CapCut's) last one year only. Check the second-year price before you confirm.
• Will the model still be the right one in twelve months? Generators evolve fast and models change. A yearly plan ties you to a price, not to the best quality of the moment.

NordVPN and NordPass: the only offers confirmed over the whole period

NordVPN has nothing to do with video generation, and we do not pretend otherwise. We mention it here because it is the only Black Friday offer whose full calendar is official, and because an AI video subscription is a paid account with a bank card, often used from public networks. A VPN protects the connection on public Wi-Fi; it does not speed up a generator and it does not improve the quality of the videos. We also do not recommend using it to get around a service's regional restriction: that may break its terms.

The three NordVPN phases, with dates

• Black Friday, until November 23: up to 78% off and 3 months free on the 2-year plan, from €3.49 a month. In 2025 the reference was 74 to 77% off and 3 months free.

A password manager makes more sense than a VPN for the daily life of someone juggling ten AI tool subscriptions. NordVPN's official email announces a NordPass offer from October 21 to December 9, 2026:

• Individual: 2 years at 53% off with 3 months free, from €1.39 a month; 1 year at 33% off, from €1.99 a month.
• Family: 2 years at 58% off with 3 months free, from €2.49 a month; 1 year at 38% off, from €3.69 a month.

The Black Friday traps on AI video subscriptions

The discounts are real, but their presentation is often confusing. Here is what we systematically check before relaying an offer.

• Credits, minutes or videos: two plans at the same price can offer very different quantities. Compare the unit actually consumed, not the name of the plan.
• First year only: many offers discount only the first period. The renewal price is the real figure to read.
• Dollars or euros: several vendors, Deevid among them, show their prices in dollars. The amount charged in euros depends on the exchange rate and bank fees.
• Crossed-out price: an artificially high "before" inflates the percentage. Our benchmark is the list price read on a precise date, like CapCut Pro's €199.99 a year.
• Limited platform: the CapCut sale only applies on PC. Read the conditions before you subscribe.
